“ I was fortunate enough to work with Sam to host my 30th at HOC, who in turn did his best to makes sure the event went perfectly. Atmosphere was awesome and the bar itself is beautiful. Drinks and food were great(I recommend the charcuterie boards) and staff, bartenders and security were all friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend HOC for an event or as a weekend spot in downtown buffalo. ”
